- How long is the battery expected to last?The battery has more than 800 recharge cycles, about 2-3 years.Its capacity diminishes over time, when it goes down to 75%,you should replace it.
- How to maintain the battery?The battery should be stored in clean, dry, ventilated, dark environment when not using. Keep it after full charge, recharge it every 3 months or 6 months.
- What about after-sale service for portable power station solar generator?We will offer you 1 year guarantee.
- What is the difference between li-ion battery,NI-MH battery and Lead acid battery?Li-ion battery have longer cycle life, normal cycle life is 600-800 times, and also with light weight, small size, No memory effect, Nontoxic, environmental.
- How long can I expect to get the samples?After you pay the sample charge and send us confirmed files, the samples will be ready for delivery in 3-7 days.
