How can I know if IFLOWPOWER portable power station supports my devices or not?

Please check out your device's operating power (measured by watts). If it is less than the output power of our portable power station AC port, it can be supported.

How long can the IFLOWPOWER station to power my devices?

1. First, you need to check out your device's operating power (measured by watts).
2. Then, you can calculate the working time with the following formula:
Working time = station WH * 0.85 / operating power of your device.
Example:
device' s power consumption is 60W
station power 1000Wh
1000Wh*0.85/60w = Roughly 14 hours

How to store the portable power station?

Please store within 0-40℃ and recharge it every 3-month to keep the battery power above 50%.

Is the power station water proof?

The station as a whole is IPX3 level water proof, which means that it can not be soaked in water, but it can resist medium size of raining or daily splash of water. This is benefited from its unique design of silicon covers and the window-shades.

Which type of battery is the station made from?

It' s made from qualified ternary lithium battery.

Can I take the portable power station on board an airplane?

FAA regulations forbid any batteries exceeding 100Wh on plane.

What is difference between modified Sine wave and pure Sine wave?

Modified sine wave inverters are very affordable, using more basic forms of technology than pure sine wave inverters. Modified sine wave current produces power that is perfectly adequate for powering simple electronics, like your laptop. Modified inverters are best suited for resistive loads which do not have a startup surge.
Pure sine wave inverters use more sophisticated technology to protect even the most sensitive electronic appliances. As a result, pure sine wave inverters produce power which equals – or is better than – the power in your home. Appliances may not function properly or may be permanently damaged without the pure, smooth power of a pure sine wave inverter.

What is the life circle of IFLOWPOWER portable power station?

Our Lithium-ion batteries are typically rated for over 800 complete charge cycles and/or 3-4 years life span. At that point, you will have about 80% of your original battery capacity, and it will gradually reduce from there. It is recommended to use and recharge the unit at least every 3 months to maximize the life span of your power station.

Can I jumpstart my car directly by this portable power station?

This portable power station cannot jumpstart the car DIRECTLY. But it can charge the car battery with specific outlets.

Is there any faster way of charging this portable power station?

We have an optional Fast Charging Adapter of which power is 300W. It can fully charge the 1000W model in about 3 hours.

Can I charge and use the station at a same time?

For DC outlets, you may charge and use the station at the same time but at this time the AC outlets cannot be used. When AC outlets are using and you start to charge the station, the AC outlets will be off, charging continues.

Can every cellphone be charged by the wireless charging panel?

The wireless charging function support most of the cellphone in the market that has wireless charging protocol. However, some old models might not be supported.

Can I charge my Tesla with this station?

Except for emergency, it’s not suggested to do so or rely on it because the capacity of the station may just add to 3-5 miles driving of your Tesla.

Why do FP1500 and FP2000 weight almost the same but having different capacity?

They are equipped with the same number of battery cells, but battery cells of different energy densities are used.

What is the nose level of this station?

Noise station is appr.40Db when the cooling fans are working.

Can I use third-party solar panel to charge iFlowpower' s power station?

Yes, you can, as long as your plug size and input voltage are matched.

What is the charging time when this station is charged by the 100W Solar Panels?

At perfect sunlight:
a. 1x 100W solar panel: 15-28 hrs.
b. 2x 100W solar panel (in series): 8-14 hrs.
c. 3x 100W solar panel (in series): 6-10 hrs.

Can I use your solar panel to charge 3rd party power station?

Yes if the following is satisfied
1. The 3rd party power station supports solar charging.
2. The 3rd party power station has a solar charging outlet and this outlet fits plug of our solar panel.

Can I use different voltage solar panel (says 60W and 100W) to charge the power station?

No, you can' t. Solar panel's voltage must be the same, otherwise the higher one flows back to lower voltage and cause damage to the circuit and the power station.

Our stations have passed CE, ROHS, FCC, PSE, MSDS, UN38.3. We will cooperate with you to do other tests in accordance with your local regulation.

Does the product have a warranty period? How long is the warranty period?

1. For iFlowPower brand products, we provide 12 months warranty from the date shippped on board.
2. For OEM/ODM products, please refer to our sales team for details.

How does your factory do in quality control?

Strict quality policy is our top priority. Equipped with complete laboratories and professional testing instruments, we meet highest level of performance tests. QA and QC team are supervising through the whole process of production to make sure none piece is left behide.

Can I have my logo to be printed on the products?

Yes, you can. Besides the product alone, we suggest to print your logo, company name and address on packaging and I/M to fulfill your private brand projects.

What is your sample policy?

Since the station is high value commodity so sample charge is required. Courier freight will also be at buyer' s account.

What are the packaging looking like?

We are having a nicely-designed color box packaging. You may have the die cut to design your own. Inside the color box, there are two protective foam up and down to protect the power station. Please contact our sales team to send you the box design photos and files.
