It should usually pay attention to the following points: (1) When using the UPS power supply, we should strictly abide by the relevant provisions of the manufacturer's product manual to ensure the fire line of the UPS, the line line order meets the requirements. (2) The main purpose of the UPS is to prevent computer loss information and damage to the hard disk due to sudden power outages, but some equipment work is not afraid of sudden power outages (such as printers, etc.).

In order to save UPS energy, the printer can consider access to the main electricity without having to pass UPS. If it is a network system, consider the UPS only power to the host (or server) and its related part. This ensures that the UPS can use the most important equipment and save investment.

(3) Do not use UPS. The maximum load of the UPS power supply should be 80% of its nominal load (such as 1000W UPS, press 80% load rate, 800W to match the load: 1000VA UPS is converted to 800W after 800W, then press 80% load rate 640W to match the load). If overloaded, in the inverter, the breakdown of the inverter triode is often caused.

In addition, when using UPS, it is strictly prohibited to receive an inductive load such as a fluorescent lamp, and can only be applied or smaller than a capacitive load. (4) When switching the plane, you should pay attention to the order of the shutdown. When boot, open the UPS, later (preferably lag for 1-2 minutes, let the UPS fully enter the working state) to open the loaded power switch, and the loaded power switch To open one by one: When you turn off the order, the order is in contrast, first turn off the power switch of the load, turn off the UPS.

UPS should be on the power-on state for a long time, while the computer such as the computer is booting each time, after using the power switch such as the computer, it can be turned off. (5) Do not turn frequently and open the UPS power supply. Generally requiring at least 6 seconds after closing the UPS power, the UPS power supply can be turned on again, otherwise the UPS power supply may be in the "start failed" state, that is, the UPS power supply is in the commercial output and no inverter output.

Abnormal state. (6) The electrical energy in the battery in the UPS may be exhausted or close to the exhaustion due to some reason. In order to compensate for battery energy and increase battery life, UPS should be in time, longer continuous charging (usually not less than 48 hours, can bring or without load) to avoid failure due to battery failure.

Newly purchased or stored for a long time, first charge 12 hours before use. Long-term storage of UPS, every 3 months, charging 12 hours, if in high temperature areas, charge once every 2 months. UPS is not charged, it will damage the battery.
