There is a controller that is specifically combined with lithium electrical use, and the controller for changing lithium ion battery after changing lithium is better. In fact, the lithium battery controller is the same as the principle of lead-acid battery controller, and the hardware is also the same, and only the undermetallization value is different. Lithium-specific controller is lower than lead-acid batteries.
Battery utilization is higher. Taking the 48V lead-acid controller as an example, the undervoltage protection value is about 411 volts, and when the battery voltage drops to about 41V, although the vehicle can still travel at a low speed, at this time, the battery is already in a deep discharge, and the life will be greatly shortened. And the undervoltage protection function of the controller effectively prevents the battery over-discharge.
Lithium-eating controller is also the same principle, with a 48V13 string of lithium-ion battery as an example, full power 54.6V, minimum discharge voltage 37.8V.
Therefore, after using the lead-acid battery controller, the battery is lowered to 41V, the controller enters the undervoltage protection state, and the power of lithium electricity is not all released, and the endless mileage will be reduced.
